We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in Java technologies to lead the successful execution of software projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of project delivery. While experience as an Architect or Project Manager is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Provide technical leadership, with a strong preference for Java-based technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and product managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure project quality by enforcing best practices.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the delivered solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
- Mentor and guide the development team to improve efficiency and technical capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 to 12 years of total experience with relevant experience in technical delivery management.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java and related technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience in cloud platforms, DevOps, or microservices architecture is a plus.
- Prior experience in architectural design or project management will be advantageous but not mandatory.
